Emerald City has a dozen of line up already, it was on the news earlier today. With the current market, there are still people lining up for pre-construction condos. Price must be amazing.

I am currently working in Downtown Toronto. I commute to work by subway using Metro Pass and I have to park my car at the subway. TTC will no longer provide FREE parking for metro pass holder. Which means, I will have to pay for monthly parking. I am now for sure thinking of buying a condo close to the subway. This looks a great opportunity for me. I rather to pay the monthly parking fee towards my mortgage.

It is a good location, because it has direct access to the subway and Fairview Mall. I wonder what's the price. If price is good, I think it would be a great investment :)
